The Global Methodist Church (GMC) General Conference will be held from Sunday, August 30 through Saturday, September 5, 2026, at the Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg, South Africa. (https://www.beautyofholiness2026.org/) Below is the schedule information for those interested in participating. This itinerary is designed for those arriving on Monday, August 31 or later.
Schedule August 31 (Mon) – September 5 (Sat): Attend GMC General Conference and participate in mission work September 6 (Sun): Attend local church worship service and tour downtown Johannesburg September 7 (Mon) – September 8 (Tue): Cultural experience (safari, visit to African cultural village)
Registration Information Please purchase your own airfare from your respective locations. Accommodation and meals (including cultural experience):
• $1,200 (double occupancy)
• $1,760 (single occupancy)
※ Additional transportation costs for airport transfers and mission site visits may apply, estimated at approximately $150–$200. Registration deadline: March 31, 2026 Visa information: U.S. citizens and Republic of Korea citizens do not require a visa for stays of 30 days or less.
