2026 Korean American Annual Conference, GMC - Mission Conference
2026년 한미연회 선교대회가 니카라과에서 개최됩니다. 금년에는 일정을 조금 앞당겨 6월 29일(월)부터 7월 3일(금)까지 실시하기로 하였습니다. 니카라과는 Central America에서 가장 GDP가 낮은 나라(도미니카 공화국의 절반 수준)로, 그만큼 사역할 만한 가치와 열매가 있는 곳입니다. 여름 단기선교를 계획하고 있는 교회에서는 니카라과 선교에 함께 참여해 보시기 바랍니다. 함께 선교하면서 얻는 가장 큰 이점은 다른 교회들이 어떻게 선교하고 있는가를 배울 수 있고, 또 개체교회에서 독자적으로 하기 힘든 사역에도 참여해 볼 수 있다는 것입니다. 선교위원회는 답사를 통해 선교팀이 머물 숙소와 식사 등을 꼼꼼하게 점검하였고, 현지 선교사님과도 긴밀하게 협력하고 있습니다. 특별히 이번에는 영어권 참가자들을 위한 시간과 공간도 함께 제공하려고 합니다. 2026 글로벌감리교회 한미연회 선교대회를 안내해 드리니, 많은 관심과 참여 바랍니다.

2026 Korean American Annual Conference Mission Conference in NicaraguaThe 2026 Korean American Annual Conference Mission Conference will be held in Nicaragua. This year, the schedule has been moved forward, and the conference will take place from Monday, June 29, through Friday, July 3. Nicaragua is one of the countries with the lowest GDP in Central America—approximately half that of the Dominican Republic. For this reason, it is a place where mission work is both deeply needed and richly fruitful. Churches planning summer short-term mission trips are warmly invited to consider participating in the Nicaragua mission. One of the greatest benefits of serving together is the opportunity to learn how other churches approach mission work, as well as to participate in ministries that may be difficult for individual churches to carry out on their own. The Mission Committee has conducted an on-site visit to carefully review accommodations, meals, and logistics for the mission team, and is working in close partnership with local missionaries. In particular, this year the conference plans to provide dedicated time and space for English-speaking participants as well.
