최근 글로벌감리교회(GMC) 베네핏 오피스는 Employee Benefits Corporation(EBC)와 협력하여 건강저축계좌(HSA) 및 유연지출계좌(FSA) 운영 전반을 안내하는 웨비나를 진행했습니다.
이번 웨비나에서는 목회자 등록 절차, 분담금 관리, 고용주 온라인 포털 사용 방법, IRS 규정 이해, 연중 변경 사항 및 자격 요건 발생 시 처리 방법 등 실제 운영에 필요한 핵심 내용을 다루었습니다. 또한 각종 신청서, 보고서, 관리 도구를 어디에서 확인할 수 있는지와 HSA 신원 확인(CIP) 절차에 대한 안내도 함께 제공되었습니다.

The GMC Benefits Office recently hosted a webinar in partnership with the Employee Benefits Corporation (EBC), providing a practical overview of administering Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs).
During the session, participants learned key processes such as enrolling clergy, managing contributions, navigating the employer online portal, understanding IRS rules, and handling mid-year changes and qualifying events. The webinar also covered where to find forms, reports, and tools, and what to expect with HSA identity verification (CIP).
This session is especially useful for employers, administrators, and staff responsible for managing or supporting employee benefit accounts—whether you’re new to HSAs and FSAs or seeking a helpful refresher.
